50× Jumps forward – 3 jumps in a row – start at 6 m / 20 ft from anchor point – finish at 11 m / 36 ft marker

100x Spiral waves on knees – 50× spirals in, 50× spirals out – at 6m marker 50× Sprints – start at 6 m / 20 ft from anchor point – finish at 11 m / 36 ft marker

100× Slams – start at 6 m / 20 ft from anchor point – every 20 slams take a step back 0.5 m / 1.5 ft Time yourself.
