Great exercise where full body is working – muscles, cardiovascular system. There is a huge need for extreme power and full body coordination. Each rep should be done with perfect technique. Focus strongly on each rep and take a pause after the rep to be able to set up body and correct body position. Grappler’s throw is a very complex exercise and it takes time to master it. Hips are one of the main drivers in this exercise and it is extremely important to pivot on both feet. Remember, quality over quantity.
