Workout of the Week

Workout length:

20 minutes 25 seconds

Strength session with GLENDALE YELLOW, hard for your core and upper body strength.
Focus on correct technical execution and slower pace while applying enough strength to compensate forces created by the elastic resistance.

YELLOW = ADVANCED (STRENGTH) – the aim is to work on strength. Foundational movements can be progressed with conditions focusing on strength. Intervals are in slower pace but with lots of energy in every repetition . Take your time and execute with maximum strength output.
